The Third Revolution is a "covenantal awakening"—a decisive break from systems of dependency and spiritual erosion to rebuild Ethiopia through wisdom, faith, and national identity. This 40-year journey is guided by ten strategic pillars, including reclaiming sovereignty, transforming the education system to raise "nation-builders," and launching revolutions in solar power, health, and water access. It calls for a "Benevolent Collective Leadership" to prioritize internal healing and self-reliance over foreign interference, ensuring that the future belongs to those who dare to rebuild the sacred from the ruins of the past.

The following manifesto outlines the core focus areas intended to guide the Third Revolution, based on the ten key strategic pillars described above. A more detailed version of this manifesto will be presented in a separate document or included as an annex at the end of this book.

The Third Revolution is not merely a change in governance. It is a covenantal awakening—a deep and decisive break from systems of dependency, exploitation, and spiritual erosion. It is a call to rebuild Ethiopia from the ground up: not through bloodshed or foreign blueprints, but through wisdom, faith, and a national resurrection of identity. This forty-year transitional era shall be guided by the following foundational pillars:

1. Reclaiming Sovereignty: Shaping the Transition & Closing Foreign Interference

No lasting transformation can occur under the shadow of foreign manipulation. For the first era of transition, Ethiopia must radically reduce its dependency on foreign governments, institutions, and ideologies. Diplomatic minimalism, not isolationism, is the principle—prioritizing internal healing, unity, and capacity-building above all. We must remember: sovereignty is not only about borders, but about soul.

2. Spiritual and Social Rebirth: Building Identity & the Law of the Nation

Our strength lies in our spiritual heritage. Ethiopia’s soul must be restored by reviving the moral wisdom of our faith, reweaving communal solidarity, and codifying a national identity rooted in timeless values. Let the law of the land reflect truth, not trends; let our society be guided by righteousness, not propaganda.

3. Transforming the Education System: Raising a Generation That Builds

A new nation requires a new mind. The current education system must be completely reimagined—not to produce job-seekers, but nation-builders. Education must blend ethics, craftsmanship, historical consciousness, scientific rigor, and spiritual depth. Our children must not merely learn—they must inherit the mission.

4. Natural Wealth, Divine Gift: Protecting and Utilizing Our Land and Water

Our rivers, forests, and fertile soil are not burdens—they are blessings. A sacred stewardship must replace reckless exploitation. Water systems must be reclaimed for the people; ecological restoration must become national duty. Our environment is not a commodity—it is the womb of our future.

5. A Health Revolution: Seeking Cure for Cancer and Chronic Illness

Ethiopia must become a center of life-giving innovation. With focused national research, we can contribute to the global fight against cancer and other diseases devastating our people. Let us combine traditional wisdom, modern science, and spiritual clarity in the search for healing.

6. Organic Wealth: Elevating Our Natural Products

Our land yields blessings the world has not yet fully seen. Ethiopia must become known not for export dependency, but for excellence in organic agriculture, herbal medicine, and eco-conscious goods. Let food become our medicine and our economy a reflection of health and balance.

7. Solar Power for a New Day: Harnessing the Sun

Ethiopia is bathed in sunlight—yet we live in darkness. It is time to launch a solar energy revolution that reaches every rural home and urban center. Let us leap into the future with clean, renewable energy that powers life and innovation, not pollution and dependency.

8. The Green Covenant: Waste Management and Environmental Protection

A clean nation is a holy nation. We must declare a national war on waste, pollution, and environmental neglect. Recycling, conservation, urban planning, and village cleanliness must become cultural values, not foreign projects. The earth is God’s creation; we must treat it accordingly.

9. Water is Life: A National Revolution in Access and Irrigation

No child should drink from a muddy pond. No farmer should wait on the rain alone. A revolutionary investment in drinking water and irrigation must begin—integrating ancient Ethiopian water wisdom with modern technology. Where water flows, life returns.

10. Social Business and Self-Reliance: Restoring Dignity through Work

We must cultivate an economy that values people over profit. Social business—enterprises that solve social problems while sustaining livelihoods—must become a pillar of economic vision. Let every citizen be empowered to build, create, and contribute. True wealth is not hoarded—it is shared through service.

The Core of the Third Revolution

The primary focus of the Third Revolution is to provide a sustainable solution for Ethiopia. Ethiopia cannot reach its resurrection through the path of bloodshed initiated by the second revolution. For this, the main strategy is for Ethiopia to return to its former identity. Ethiopia’s former identity is defined by its spiritual wisdom and the pure identity of its people. Ethiopia conquered all its earthly wars not because it possessed heavy weaponry, but through its spiritual struggle. Prayer and Adwa are two sides of the same coin; Ethiopia has stretched her hands out to God.

Ethiopia has undergone two revolutions in the past fifty years, both of which were movements of chaos and death. This current revolution, however, differs significantly from the previous two. The hypothesis of the Third Revolution suggests that if Ethiopia wishes to rise, she must isolate herself from the global stage, close her embassies for a specified number of years, and be guided by a ten-point resurrection manifesto. Furthermore, the leadership must be a "Benevolent Collective Leadership". Another book is currently being prepared on this specific concept.

For those who believe in the spirit, Ethiopia's resurrection is inevitable. Although we may not fully believe in science, science has recently confirmed to us that Paradise is located in Ethiopia, specifically around Lake Tana. This book is documented for the coming generation, drawing from that spiritual strength.

የሚከተለው ማኒፌስቶ ከላይ በተጠቀሱት አሥር ቁልፍ የስትራቴጂ ዓምዶች ላይ በመመሥረት፣ የሦስተኛውን አብዮት ለመምራት የታለሙ ዋና ዋና የትኩረት መስኮችን ያመላክታል። የዚህ ማኒፌስቶ ዝርዝር ይዘት በተለየ ሰነድ የሚቀርብ ወይም በዚህ መጽሐፍ መጨረሻ ላይ በአባሪነት የሚካተት ይሆናል።

ሦስተኛው አብዮት የአመራር ለውጥ ብቻ አይደለም። ይልቁንም ከጥገኝነት፣ ከብዝበዛ እና ከመንፈሳዊ መሸርሸር ሥርዓቶች የምንላቀቅበት ጥልቅና ወሳኝ የቃል-ኪዳን መነቃቃት ነው። ይህ አብዮት ኢትዮጵያን ከሥር መሠረቷ መልሶ ለመገንባት የቀረበ ጥሪ ነው፤ ይህም የሚሆነው በደም መፋሰስ ወይም በባዕዳን ንድፍ ሳይሆን በጥበብ፣ በእምነት እና በብሔራዊ የማንነት ትንሣኤ ነው። ይህ የ40 ዓመታት የሽግግር ዘመን በሚከተሉት መሠረታዊ ዓምዶች ይመራል፦

፩. ሉዓላዊነትን ማስከበር፦ ሽግግሩን መቅረጽ እና የውጭ ጣልቃ ገብነትን መግታት በውጭ ኃይሎች መጠቀሚያነት ጥላ ሥር የሚመጣ ዘላቂ ለውጥ የለም። በመጀመሪያው የሽግግር ወቅት፣ ኢትዮጵያ በውጭ መንግሥታት፣ ተቋማት እና ርዕዮተ ዓለማት ላይ ያላትን ጥገኝነት በከፍተኛ ደረጃ መቀነስ አለባት። መርሆችን “ዲፕሎማሲያዊ ሚኒማሊዝም” (Diplomatic minimalism) እንጂ ራስን ማግለል አይደለም—ከምንም ነገር በላይ ለውስጣዊ ፈውስ፣ ለአንድነት እና ለአቅም ግንባታ ቅድሚያ መስጠት አለብን። ማስታወስ ያለብን፦ ሉዓላዊነት የድንበር ጉዳይ ብቻ ሳይሆን የነፍስም ጉዳይ ጭምር ነው።

፪. መንፈሳዊ እና ማኅበራዊ ተሃድሶ፦ ማንነትን እና የሀገረ-መንግሥቱን ሕግ መገንባት ጥንካሬያችን ያለው በመንፈሳዊ ቅርሳችን ውስጥ ነው። የእምነታችንን የሞራል ጥበብ በማደስ፣ ማኅበራዊ ትስስራችንን በማጠናከር እና ዘላቂ በሆኑ እሴቶች ላይ የተመሠረተ ብሔራዊ ማንነትን በመደንገግ የኢትዮጵያ ነፍስ መታደስ አለበት። የሀገሪቱ ሕግ ጊዜያዊ አዝማሚያዎችን ሳይሆን እውነትን የሚያንጸባርቅ ይሁን፤ ማኅበረሰባችንም በፕሮፓጋንዳ ሳይሆን በጽድቅ ይመራ።

፫. የትምህርት ሥርዓቱን መለወጥ፦ ግንቢ ትውልድን ማፍራት አዲስ ሀገር አዲስ አእምሮን ትሻለች። አሁኑ የትምህርት ሥርዓት ሥራ ፈላጊዎችን ሳይሆን ሀገር ግንቢዎችን በሚያፈራ መልኩ ሙሉ በሙሉ መዋቀር አለበት። ትምህርት ሥነ-ምግባርን፣ የእጅ ጥበብን፣ የታሪክ ንቃትን፣ ሳይንሳዊ ጥልቀትን እና መንፈሳዊነትን ያጣመረ መሆን አለበት። ልጆቻችን መማር ብቻ ሳይሆን ተልዕኮውንም መውረስ አለባቸው።

፬. ተፈጥሯዊ ሀብት - መለኮታዊ ስጦታ፦ ምድራችንን እና ውሃችንን መጠበቅና መጠቀም ወንዞቻችን፣ ደኖቻችን እና ለም አፈራችን ሸክሞች ሳይሆኑ በረከቶች ናቸው። ግድ የለሽ ብዝበዛ በቅዱስ መጋቢነት መተካት አለበት። የውሃ ሥርዓቶች ለሕዝብ መመለስ አለባቸው፤ ሥነ-ምህዳራዊ ጥበቃም ብሔራዊ ግዴታ ሊሆን ይገባል። አካባቢያችን የመሸጫ ሸቀጥ አይደለም—የወደፊት ሕይወታችን ማህጸን ነው።

፭. የጤና አብዮት፦ ለካንሰር እና ለሥር የሰደዱ በሽታዎች ፈውስ መፈለግ ኢትዮጵያ የሕይወት ሰጪ ፈጠራዎች ማዕከል መሆን አለባት። በትኩረት በሚሠራ ብሔራዊ ምርምር፣ ወገናችንን እያረገፉ ባሉ እንደ ካንሰር ባሉ በሽታዎች ላይ የሚደረገውን ዓለም አቀፍ ትግል ማገዝ እንችላለን። ለፈውስ በሚደረገው ፍለጋ የጥንት ጥበብን፣ ዘመናዊ ሳይንስን እና መንፈሳዊ ንጽሕናን እናቀናጅ።

፮. ኦርጋኒክ ሀብት፦ ተፈጥሯዊ ምርቶቻችንን ማሳደግ ምድራችን ዓለም እስካሁን ሙሉ በሙሉ ያላያቸውን በረከቶች ትሰጣለች። ኢትዮጵያ በውጭ ምርት ጥገኝነት ሳይሆን በኦርጋኒክ ግብርና፣ በዕፅዋት መድኃኒት እና አካባቢን በማይበክሉ ምርቶች ልቀቷ መታወቅ አለባት። ምግባችን መድኃኒታችን፣ ኢኮኖሚያችንም የጤና እና የሚዛናዊነት ነጸብራቅ ይሁን።

፯. የፀሐይ ኃይል ለአዲስ ቀን፦ የፀሐይን ብርሃን መጠቀም ኢትዮጵያ በፀሐይ ብርሃን የተጥለቀለቀች ብትሆንም አሁንም በጨለማ ውስጥ እንኖራለን። እያንዳንዱን ገጠሬ እና የከተማ ነዋሪ የሚደርስ የፀሐይ ኃይል አብዮት የምናውጅበት ጊዜ አሁን ነው። ብክለትንና ጥገኝነትን ሳይሆን ሕይወትንና ፈጠራን በሚያቀጣጥል ንጹሕና ታዳሽ ኃይል ወደ ፊት እንራመድ።

፰. አረንጓዴ ቃል-ኪዳን፦ የቆሻሻ አያያዝ እና የአካባቢ ጥበቃ ንጽሕት ሀገር ቅድስት ሀገር ናት። በቆሻሻ፣ በብክለት እና በአካባቢ ቸልተኝነት ላይ ብሔራዊ ጦርነት ማወጅ አለብን። መልሶ መጠቀም (Recycling)፣ ጥበቃ፣ የከተማ ፕላን እና የመንደር ንጽሕና የውጭ ፕሮጀክቶች ሳይሆኑ ባሕላዊ እሴቶቻችን መሆን አለባቸው። ምድር የእግዚአብሔር ፍጥረት ናት፤ እኛም እንደዚሁ ልንይዛት ይገባል።

፱. ውሃ ሕይወት ነው፦ የውሃ አቅርቦት እና የመስኖ አብዮት ማንኛውም ሕፃን ከጭቃማ ኩሬ መጠጣት የለበትም። ማንኛውም ገበሬ ዝናብን ብቻ መጠበቅ የለበትም። ጥንታዊውን የኢትዮጵያ የውሃ ጥበብ ከዘመናዊ ቴክኖሎጂ ጋር በማቀናጀት፣ በመጠጥ ውሃ እና በመስኖ ላይ አብዮታዊ ኢንቨስትመንት መጀመር አለበት። ውሃ በሚፈስበት ቦታ ሁሉ ሕይወት ይመለሳል።

፲. ማኅበራዊ ንግድ እና ራስን መቻል፦ በሥራ ክብርን መመለስ ከትርፍ ይልቅ ለሰው ልጅ ዋጋ የሚሰጥ ኢኮኖሚ ማሳደግ አለብን። ማኅበራዊ ንግድ—ማለትም የሰዎችን ኑሮ እየደገፉ ማኅበራዊ ችግሮችን የሚፈቱ ድርጅቶች—የኢኮኖሚ ራዕያችን መሠረት መሆን አለባቸው። እያንዳንዱ ዜጋ እንዲገነባ፣ እንዲፈጥር እና አስተዋጽኦ እንዲያደርግ አቅም ይሰጠው። እውነተኛ ሀብት የሚከማች ሳይሆን በአገልግሎት አማካኝነት የሚጋራ ነው።

የሦስተኛው አብዮት አንኳር

ሦስተኛው አብዮት ዋናው ትኩረት ለኢትዮጵያ ዘላቂ መፍተሔ ማቅረብ ነው:: ኢትዮጵያ አሁን ቡለተኛው አብዮት በጀመረችው የደም መፋሰስ መንገድ ወደ ትንሳኤ መድረስ አትችልም። ለዚህ ደግሞ ዋነኛ ስትራቴጂ ኢትዮጵያ ወደ ቀድሞ ማንነቷ መመለስ ነው። የኢትዮጵያ የቀድሞ ማንነቷ ደግሞ መንፈሳዊ ጥበቧና የሕዝቦቿ የጠራ ማንነት ነው። ኢትዮጵያ ምድራዊውን ጦርነቶችን ሁሉ ያሸነፈችው ከባድ የጦር መሳሪያ ኑሯት ሳይሆን በመንፈሳዊ ተጋድሎዋ ነው። ጸሎትና አድዋ የአንድ ሳንቲም ሁለት ገጽታዎች ናቸው።ኢትዮጵያ እጆቿን ወደ እግዚአብሔር ዘርግታለች።

ኢትዮጵያ በባለፉት አምሳ ዓመታት ሁለት አብዮቶችን አሳልፈለች፡፡ ሁለቱም የግርገር የሞት እንቅስቃሴዎች ነበሩ፡፡ ይኼኛው አብዮት ግን ከሁለቱ እጅግ ይለያል፡፡ የሦስተኛው አብዮት መላምት ኢትዮጵያ ለመነሳት ከፈለገች ራሷን ከዓለም መድረክ ማግለል ኢምባሲዎችንም ለተወሰነ ዓመታት ዘግታ በአስር ነጥብ የትንሳኤ ማኔፍስቶ መመራት ይኖርባታል፡፡ ሊድረሺፑ በግሞ ቬኖቬለንት ኮሌክቲቭ ዲክታተርሺፕ (Venovelent collective leadership) መሆን አለበት፡፡ በዚህ ጽንሰ ሐሳብ ዙሪያ ሌላ መጽሐፍ እየተዘጋጀ ነው፡፡
